MHPP² stands for Mini Hydro Power Project for Capacity Development. Despite the “mini” in its abbreviation, we work mostly on micro size of hydro power schemes which particularly range from 5 kW to 200 kW. MHPP² is one of the GIZ projects in Indonesia which focus primarily to support the development of micro hydro power based rural electrification. As the project evolved, the “square” on MHPP² allow us to expand our concentration to other source of energy namely: solar power.
